In detail
The EAFRD is the CAP's second pillar: with European and national/regional co-funding it finances the ICHN, installation (DJA), organic conversion, agri-environmental measures, on-farm investments and the LEADER programme. Non-area-based measures are managed by the Regions via calls for projects.
