The 30 June 2025 anti-fraud law closed down cold calling. In home energy retrofit it is banned even with consent. One door remains: the person who asks to be called back. Subventa produces those requests, and the certificate that comes with them.

Every enquiry comes with its proof
The moment someone agrees to be called back, we record the exact sentence they read, the time, the IP address, the page, and how long they spent on the form. Each record carries the fingerprint of the previous one: it cannot be rewritten or backdated without the register showing it.
You get one certificate link per enquiry. It states whether the 48-hour window is still open, and how long the consent remains valid.

How many enquiries will I actually get?
The stated quota is a ceiling, not a disguised promise. What is promised is a refund of the month if you do not reach half the quota. The network currently has 0 partner(s) and the site tracks 3432 schemes.
Is the lead exclusive?
On the Craftsman plan it is shared with two peers at most, and you know it before calling. On Exclusive and Network nobody else receives it: the territory is locked while you are subscribed.
What if I do not call back within 48 hours?
The enquiry returns to the pool after 24 hours without contact, and the legal cover for the callback ends at 48 hours. Your console shows the countdown on every row.
Do I have to be certified?
For schemes funded by MaPrimeRénov' and energy certificates, yes: without the qualification the client loses the funding. We check your company number against the public register of qualified professionals.
