The entire Subventa website and each of its components — including, without limitation: the architecture, source code, interfaces, texts, articles, data, analyses, scores, tables, charts, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, icons, videos, sounds, visual identity, typography, brand names and all original works — are the exclusive property of INEYA Studio or of third parties having granted it a licence, and are protected by intellectual property law, trademark law and database law.

No reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation, publication, transmission, distribution, extraction, reuse or exploitation, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means whatsoever, of this website or any of its components is permitted without the prior express written consent of INEYA Studio. In particular, the following are prohibited: any substantial extraction or reuse of the database content; any scraping, harvesting, automated mass indexing, mirroring, or use of the content to train artificial intelligence models or systems, without prior written authorisation; and any use of INEYA Studio's or Subventa's trademarks, names, logos or distinctive signs.

Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement (contrefaçon) punishable under Articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, without prejudice to any civil action for damages. INEYA Studio reserves the right to take any action against any infringer.

5. Trademarks

“INEYA”, “Subventa” and the associated logos and distinctive signs are trademarks and/or names reserved for INEYA Studio. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Personal data

INEYA Studio, as data controller, processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, exercisable by e-mail at contact@ineya.studio or by post to the registered office.
