In detail
The basic payment (via basic payment entitlements, DPB) and the redistributive payment form the core of the CAP's decoupled aids. They are paid per eligible hectare to active farmers, subject to environmental conditionality (GAEC). The request is made via annual online declaration on TéléPAC.
Eligibility conditions
Be an active farmer holding DPB activated on eligible hectares. Compliance with conditionality (GAEC). The redistributive payment applies automatically to the first hectares.
How to get it
- Log into TéléPAC
- Declare your areas and activate your DPB
- Tick the requested aids
- Sign the declaration before the deadline (mid-May)
