In detail
The zero-interest loan helps first-time buyers fund, interest-free, part of the purchase of their main home. Granted under income conditions by partner banks, it can cover up to 50% of the operation. It supplements a main loan and was broadened to all new-build.
Eligibility conditions
First-time buyer (not having owned your main home in the last 2 years), main residence, subject to income ceilings. Extended to 31/12/2027.
How to get it
- Check eligibility and your zone
- Estimate the PTZ amount
- Build the financing plan with a partner bank
- Submit the application with the main loan offer
