The eco zero-interest loan funds, interest-free, energy improvement works on your home. Granted with no means test by partner banks, up to €50,000 repayable over up to 20 years. Works by an RGE contractor. Combinable with MaPrimeRénov'.
Eligibility conditions
No means test; works by an RGE contractor; application filed at the bank before any signed quote or deposit. Scheme extended to 31/12/2027.
How to get it
- Define the works with an RGE contractor
- Prepare the file (borrower form)
- Apply at the bank before signing the quote
- Complete the works within the required timeframe
