ARCE — Unemployment capital for business creation

Lump-sum payment of part of your unemployment rights to create a business.
In detail
ARCE lets an indemnified jobseeker receive as capital 60% of their remaining unemployment rights to fund the creation or takeover of a business. Payment is made in two instalments (at start then six months later). It requires having obtained ACRE and excludes keeping the monthly allowance.
Eligibility conditions
Indemnifiable jobseeker (ARE) creating or taking over a business; ACRE required; exclusive of keeping the monthly allowance.

Combining with other grants
ARCE (lump-sum capital) is an alternative to keeping ARE: one or the other. Compatible with ACRE.
